Technology is becoming a vital part of our children's lives. They are feeling as comfortable with ipods, dvd players, handphones, internets, computers, ipads, facebooks, blogs and many more techie stuff, as we are with colour pencils, pencils and papers.

The latest hot consumer or educational electronics are Ebooks & Ereaders, which are used now to motivate and engage learners in improving standards in school subjects especially literacy. Apparently, young people's reading habits are changing and using Ebooks can produce positive outcomes in their national tests. Even teachers are enjoying the discovery of using and creating Ebooks.

As this current digital format of publication is heading to the front of the new wave in education, I would like to learn more about Ereaders or any device that would allow me to bring a bundle of books when I travel. I am also interested in the technology of converting hardcopy version of story books to electronic version and marketing the electronic version to the public.
