old and new

i remember the good old days (like 20 yrs ago). Everytime somebody in the neighbourhood holds a party, every member of thefamily, within 1 km radius, will all be invited.
Yesterday, the person behind my studio apartment had a party, and there were a whole bunch of people, like 30 or more, enjoying themselves with barbeuque, drinks, chats and laughters till 2am. I had to close the window and switch on the radio to bar the noise coming from there. Well, obviously my hubby and i were not invited. We did not recognise anyone in the crowd, when we peep from the window. Hah, had to peep!!!
Well, what can i say, the world has changed, the flow of life is runnng in a different direction. Tomorrow will never be the same. Yesterday will fly away before you could even keep the memories with you. The presence still remains, but not for long...
