Just a knack.

I went to my former working place, MACE Montessori yesterday. And met Angela and Lara and Adrian and Mmesoma and Chiago and Milijca and Cameron and Renee and a new girl called Eternal Rose who has magic hands printed in paint and stuck on the shelf in the classroom. She is quite violent with her hands and Lara had found this way to keep her calm by making a pair of handprint from paint and displaying it in the classroom. Everytime the little girl feels like venting out anger or frustration through her hands, she simply matches her hands onto the print. Nice hah!
Lara had done a fantastic job for the school. She had suggested a new set of shelving units, which were built into the walls of the school. She did the measurements and the dimension as well. Now, there are much more space storage for materials and areas of development for th children. I think Lara deserves a round of an applause. The bosses had also asked her to manage their other new school in Ravenscourt Park, but sadly she declined it due to lack of confidence and experience.
Recently, lara failed her written exams for the second and last time, which doomed her not to get a full diploma. If only teh examiners can see what huge progress she has done for the school.
personally, I hope Lara and i can collaborate in opening an international school one day!!!
