haiku entry

I see a squirrel

digging hole everywhere

to keep its own nut.

*Woke up this morning and saw a squirrel frantically digging in the yard while still holding on to an object that looked like a nut or bread. How i wish my camera was working at that time!!!

Puppets on the sticks

feeling so sick on the stage

just wanna go home!

*My 5-year-old children, only the girls, performed their very own puppet show last week, and the boys were the audience.

My mother asked me

to say my prayers for love,

peace, kindness and life.

* One of my kids in the classroom was rehearsing her prayers to her friends. It's interesting how the kids also talked about the levels of God and stars and how they demonstrated the concept with their hands: Lay the hands horizontally with palms down and adjacent to the chest. Raise the left hand from the right one until about the level of the head. The upper hand is God and the lower hand is star or space.

My baby brother

he is so new in the is world

I love you, oh baby!

*One of my children in the classroom just had a baby brother this week. Hope this is how he would feel!

Unaccompanied

misery stands together

prickling my shadow.

* My colleague from school was feeling a little bit low,, caused by stress and lack of support from other teachers.
