More presentation ideas from Research Colloquium:- Cut one plastic cups into half to make two separate display. Should be able to use strong glue to hold the cups on the cardboard vertically.
- To make the water image, scrunch blue glass paper and stuff it into the cup. How cool is that!!
If you are terribly desperate, and couldn't find any other ways to support your two-dimensional display to stand still without toppling frontward/backward, use big mineral bottles, either two 1.5 litres or one 3 litres ones, fill them up with water and place them behind the display. Several other projects used the same method to ensure their presentation display did not fall down from the table.
