Taekwondo.

I stopped training Taekwondo when I was in third year undergraduate. Guess I was phobic of the black belt first dan, as I had only one hurdle to leap. Yeah, I was in my senior brown belt!! Chicken out the very last minute. Not proud of that at all until today.

And that is why just this week I 'facebooked' a friend who is a national trainer now and has been a serious opponent of the martial sport until today. I think he also hypnotizes himself to bed with the steps and sparring techniques. He loves sparring!

I decided to return to the world of Taekwondo by joining his class. However, his classes are very far away from my place and he recommended me to one of his trainer's class near my address. I am totally pleased with his assistant. But, I'm still reluctant to go to the nearer one.

In the case where you live near to UKM Bangi, UKM Titiwangs and UCSI Cheras, my friend is a trainer for all the classes there, and I guarantee you would be satisfied and pumped up with much energy and courage if you attend his class.
