Yoga and Drinking.

I am addicted to yoga and have been attending yoga session every week for more than a year at Malaysian Yoga Society in Brickfields and Bangsar.
The benefits of the this ancient exercise is renowned for physical and mental advantages. What I learned recently is that binge-drinking can also be as effective as practising yoga. For the light hearted ones, enjoy the visual presentation below:
