Mentor-Mentee.

So, oh yes! I am starting another mission: mentoring a group of 10 young adults who are studying for an early childhood course. Now, I've led and managed a large group of 6-year-old children, but it beats my mind now on how do I get to know this 'lovely' group of people. How do I break the ice? What do I do as a role-modeling lecturer?
The good thing is there are not many of them. So, starting small is the most appropriate way to begin a mission. SO, what can I do?

Step 1: Bake cake/make jelly and get to know them (name, age, hobby, what book are you planning to read next and what was the movie you last watched). Next: Ask them to meet me once they've received their exam results.
