This is another good book to use as a strategy to illustrate the joy of the advent of a child in the family. The illustrations at first gives me the impression that the illustrator might be from a Chinese background, due to the triangular doll-like faces of the figures, which are very much similar to the ones I used to draw from my Chinese friend's doll pictures. And the pencil strokes which are repeatedly drawn and extended from a point, are the kind of things I can relate to my own childhood.
