If you are not the type of parents who pay an exorbitant value, for whatever reason, for your children's story books, or you just don't know what type of books to choose for your children, fret not, there are other reading facilities available, provide you promise to take good care of the books. And more importantly, educate your children to love the books, and not just the stories.

- Subang Jaya Book Exchange Programme: On the first and third Sundays of every month, at USJ 2 Community Hall. Bring a book, put it to the pile and bring home another one.
- Book Lovers Network: Share your woes and thoughts about books at this Facebook group.
- Children's Library: Located at 1-13 Jln Merbah 1 (Next to IOI Mall), 47100 Puchong, opened on Saturdays (10am-2pm) with a storytelling event at 11.30am, and beginning 7th Oct opened every alternate Sunday (12-3pm).
- PJ Playcentre Library: Visit them at 18, Jln 6/6, Off Jln Permai, 46200 PJ (Tel: 0377817813), near the roundabout at Assunta Hospital at (Tues, 9:30am-4:30pm; Thurs, 9:30am – 12:30pm; Sat, 2:30pm-4:30pm)
- PJ Community Library: Also near Assunta Hospital, right beside Stadium Hoki at Lot 389, Jalan Selangor, Seksyen 3,46050 Petaling Jaya,Selangor Darul Ehsan (in PJ old town.
- KL Children’s Library: It is behind Dataran Merdeka's big screen at No. 1 Jalan Raja, 50050 Kuala Lumpur (Tel: 03-2612 3500) and opened on Monday 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm; Tuesday – Friday 10.00 am to 6:45 pm; Saturday – Sunday 10.00 pm to 5.00 pm (Closed on: The first Saturday and Sunday of each month & Public holidays).
